RB1100AHx4: min power consumption

Hi!

I currently have RB951G-2HND and I plan to replace it with RB1100AHx4.
Power consumption is very important for me.

Max power consumption for RB951G-2HND: 7 W.
Max power consumption for RB1100AHx4: 20 W.

But what is the min power consumption for these models?
How much will power consumption change if I just move current clients from RB951G-2HND to RB1100AHx4?
