RB1200 low bandwidht/high latency on some ports

Had a slow connection through our network and found a RB1200 in the middle which seems to cause this. On ether2 and ether10 I see high pings to connected devices. No ethernet handshake problem, no queue (only hardware queue). They just ping between 0 and 20ms over ethernet and limit traffic to 30-50MBit/s. One is at 100M/FDX the other at 1G/FDX.
CPU usage is <10%. No packet drops no port flapping just slow. Other ports work without problem.

Found some reported issues with port9 and port10 on forum but not ether2.

Have to replace this and avoid RB1200?

RB1200 is no longer sold for about 2 years now.

It had BAD issues with ether9 and ether10, avoid those ports.
Rest of the ports were good, it was a good board as long as you didnt use 9-10.

We still have many deployed, kicking hard without any issue (again we are not using ports 9-10).

I had the problem on port 2 and port 10. You dont see a problem until you look at the latency and the speed.

Replaced it with a RB1100AHx2. This board just works and runs.

Yes, the problems with 9-10 were with jitter, lower speed, and possible packet-loss.

I have never seen issues on ether2 on RB1200, and as you can see from forum searches, noone else complains either.
