I have problem with rb1200,
I want to upgrade that device from os 6.49.8 to version 7.
I read forum about renaming plafrorm name from powerpc to ppc and that I need to upload software manually, so I did it with the lastest version but after that I cutted off from my router because my switch is cutting after few flapping port. I changed connection to other switch but is flapping still.
When my rb is with version 7 ports are flapping from time to time i checked cables and ports but without success, then I downgraded to 6.49.8 and everything is working correctly.
