RB1200 refusing to upgrade

Hi,

I am having an issue upgrading a routerboard 1200 from 5.26 to 6.x

I copy the file on to the routerboard, but when I reboot, nothing happens. No error in the log or anything.

current firmware shows 3.07
Upgrade firmware shows 3.07

When I try to update the licence key, I get an error “failed: Please provide software id to upgrade from!”

any help would be appreciated!

No need to touch the license. Are you putting there the ppc packages, right?

Solution was to drive out and do a netinstall :frowning:
