RB133 Ethernet Speed to 10M

I wish to change my RB133/OS v3.25 Ethernet Speed to 10M, configured 1 or all Ethernet Interfaces to 10M + rebooted, but nothing happens!
Interface Status says every time 100M, whats wrong??

To force 10mbps, you must also disable anto-negotiation

/interface ethernet
set ether1 speed=10Mbps auto-negotiation=no

Watch out for random reboots at 10Mbps.
