after nand erase (because impossible to reset password from my old provider) I can not install RouterOS 3.22 with netinstall 3.22

At this point a program show a error message box and after a few seconds hyperterminal show a message below

When I close netinstall messagebox error, a program close and lose all configured parameters.
PC and routerboard are properly connected to 3com switch and nullmodem cable is the same I normally use to configure other devices. My computer is a XP SP3
Someone can help me (sorry for my little english)
