RB14 4 port Mini-PCI w/ multiple R52 or SR5

I’ve found the pwr requirements:
R52 400ma
SR5 1300ma

All I’ve found for the RB14 is:
“Up to 2.5w of 3.3v power supplied to Mini PCI card”

Anyone know if this is per slot, or total..

And also, my math is not my best ability.. is it
.4 x 3.3 = 1.32 watts?
1.3 x 3.3 = 4.29 watts?

If my math is correct, then doesn’t look like I should put an SR5 in one…

If you will look corrrectly, there is a note “Should not be used with SR5 or SR2 400mW miniPCI!”.
You cannot use regular RB14 with 4 SR wireless cards, however you can use two SR wireless cards, plug them to the one side of the RB14, either RB14 might be damaged.

4 R52 or any other regular wireless cards might be used without any problems.

you are correct, Wattage cannot exceed its limits or it may damage your hardware or it will malfunction.
