Hi all.

Memory size: 32 MB

Press any key within 2 seconds to enter setup..
kernel not found
trying bootp protocol… failed
kernel loading failed

Any Idea?

Having same problem with 3.7 after bios upgrade :frowning:

Still have no physical access to location. Any known solution to this problem ?

Will RouterBOOT allow “upgrade” back to 2.12 ? Image can be found at http://www.routerboard.com/files/rb-2.12/adm5120-2.12.fwf

Thank you for instruction.
It does really help me to make router alive.
However it will be great to hear official notice from MT stuff about this.
Is it safe or not to upgrade on firmware 2.13 on all other boards?

They released new BIOS version. Haven’t tried yet, because my RB150 is on remote location without console access.

Hope this version will be included with next ROS3 release

for RB532 is only 2.12 BIOS? Thanks

just put file to root on your RB and do:

/system routerboard print (upgrade firmware: 2.14)
/system routerboard upgrade
/system reboot

You do not need console

honzam, the issue was faulty 2.13 BIOS which caused bootup failure on RB150.

After recent experience i’m no longer willing to upgrade bios remotely without console access.

I upgrade it remotely on RB150 to 2.14 and no problem :sunglasses:
