hi, i have to extend signal from a dsl wifi router.
i have 1 rb192 + 2 wistron cm9 radio, i tried to configure wlan1 as station and wlan2 as ap-bridge and bridged the 2 interfaces, but it doesn’t work.
Someone have another idea?
Is the DSL router able to do WDS?
i have to look at, but wds protocols are different and it will probably not work with mikrotik; i setup 2 different radio to avoid wds solution.
Sure i know that the “routed” solution will work but my target is to setup a L2 trasparent repeater (no matter if ssid and frequency change).
nobody have an idea?

thank you for the answer, i’ve already read that and it’s the last solution (routing with nat).
I would know if there’s a solution to setup a trasparent repeater with 2 radio without using wds. But i think the answer is NO.
I’ll setup the router with dhcp-client/server and masquerade.
