RB192 + MikroTik 2.94 - problem with configuration via RS232

Hello I have a problem with new RouterBoard 192.

I can’t connect via RS232. After boot MikroTik, RB shows “Mikrotik Login:”. When I start typing username, letters shows very slow. If I hitted Enter, nothing happened.

what terminal program do you use? what settings do you use? what is the RouterOS version (2.94 isn’t a version number. is it 2.9.40? or 2.9.4?)
