RB200 Ethernet Port no Link with My Notebook Ethernet Port

Hi everybody

I’m using a RB200 with 48v but when I connect my laptop to Ethe1 or Ethe2 I not have link but if I connect the RB200 to the Switch then it work fine…

My ethernet port is fine because i can configure my Mikrotik 511, 532 with 18v.

what’s wrong?

try crossover cable

RB200 series does not have Auto-MDIX ethernet ports. Every other RB released after that starting with the RB500 does. Therefore, you will either need a crossover cable as EgyCom instructed, or you will need to plug both the RB200 and your laptop into a hub or switch together.
