Do you know the hardware specs of RB2011 (CPU / RAM / Sotrage / Swich chip …)?
From performance prospective would it be faster than 450G/493AH/493G (Atheros AR7161 / 680MHz)?
When do you plan to make it available for purchasing?

The MikroTik has to be more careful, I’m running mikrotiks 1000. For some time now, this new version of MKs with this new hardware, do not know if my luck is, but I deceocionando are. Preferring to use a thousand times to 3.30, better version. Even without many resources. That the new versions.
TBH I didn’t even considered I won’t got any relevant answer for my questions. This device is announced for Q3. Q4 began few days ago and it looks like developer representatives have no clue of it’s specification (or at lease won’t let us know).
We need to replace our current routers (running on Atheros AR7161) with something which performs near to RB1200. We need CPU performance (or HW accelerated encryption) , but we would like to see desktop version of the same.
It will be a low cost device, we will announce it soon. I can’t say anything about specs until we announce exact availability.
Can you give any clues as to what ‘soon’ means? 1-2 months, 3-6 months?..
I would also like to know that, and does mikrotik planing routerboard with 20 and more ethernet ports?
