I have problem with RM2011iL-RM after botnet attack, I am unable to load newer firmware. Device currently runs on 6.40.3 and it ignoresany attempts to load firmware. When I load npk file to files section, its not upgradeing after system reboot command. Netinstall doesntwork either, I have tried various systems and machines with no luck. Probably its still infected because after connecting it to the internet modem in my house, modem stopped working(!) I tried autoupgrade via internet but after downloading 98% of files, connection breaks, Mikrotik is restarting. How can I format partition if there is no serial onboard? Please help me.
