RB2011 license recovery

Hello.

I accidentally installed Level 1 (Demo) license to my RB2011.
Is there any way to recover existing L5 license?
I wrote to support[at]mikrotik.com, but unfortunately still got no reply (ticket 2013061066000261).

the key of your router you can search in your mikrotik account

I can see demo key that i accentally ordered and other keys that are not related to RB2011.

Use link “Request key” to get the origina key automatically.
