RB2011 loses its config on power failure

i have installed RB2011 for Loadblancing.

its Hardware disturbing too much. After Electricity power failure i Turn on RB but its Loses all its Configuration. when i check it via Winbox All configuration was reset.
i have to restore its BAckup again and again.
Can i know why its doning So.
How can i Fix This Isue ?

Check partitions. Can happen that backup partition was booted instead the main one. If so, decide about synchronisation of config or removal of unwanted partitions.
