RB2011 Noob Network

Hey guys so I have a weird network setup here in Ecuador and this is my first time setting up a mikrotik router.
I have 5mbps down 500kbps upload
Our house receives the signal from the ISP and from there it is sent through a nanobridge M5 5 miles to a hotel.
At the hotel it is received through another nanobridge and plugged into the gateway/wan of the RB2011.
From there I have 2 nanostations M2 acting as access points for the entire hotel.
One of the nanostations is positioned on top of the roof of the hotel as 3 neighbors eaching using their own nanostation connect their home networks to the hotels..
Bit of a complicated setup for a noob easing his way into the ISP world..
Anyways everything runs great, everyone has internet.
RB2011 came with a great default setup that It works straight out of the box..
My problem - no control D:

from default configuration, internet running, computer connected etc I see my computers IP on the DHCP server but when I add a simple queue for my computers IP, nothin… Idk what I’m missing I’ve watched tutorials over and the queues seem pretty straight forward but just never seem to do anything for me.. no traffic monitoring or nothin..

I would like to learn how to setup control over specific IPs
how to limit IPs and ethernet ports
how could I auto-limit anyone connecting through specific ethernet/access point?
I have reset this router literally about 20 times now over the course of 8 hours today following tutorial after tutorial on simple queues / queue trees / hotspots etc
I always end up having to reset the router…
for the past 12 hours one IP from somewhere in the hotel has taken (through torrenting I assume) my entire bandwith…
It’s important because the 3 houses next door pay for our internet, the hotel guests dont need the entire bandwith..
anyways enough ranting
Por favor
any suggestions/criticism/tutorials etc anything to help!
