The router is reset only every 3 to 5 minutes.
Interfaces are turned off. the beep is heard, and restarted

Is it a hardware problem?
Log is Empty
Watchdog is off
Your problem maybe is software crash. Test install frimware by netinstall
You can download router is and netinstall from mikrotik site and see also wiki.mikrotik
