RB2011 UAS-RM: Everybody with Internet, but wireless clients can't connect to wired ones, except for PRINTER

Hi Guys/Gals,

To try to make it short:

  1. Have a wireless AP connected to port 2 of my Mikrotik, its static IP is 192.168.10.2, set us as a transparent bridge (Ubiquiti AirOs Rocket M2). This port has Port 1 as a master, which has a connection to another Wireless router from which I get internet. This Port 2, is set up as HOTSPOT, DHCP, so it “gets” Internet acess from its master port (Port1, MikroTik) and then it distributes addresses to all wireless clients, I believe in the 192.168.10.1-254 range. Here there might be an issue as the Wireless AP address is 192.168.10.2, but not sure how to go about it…

  2. There’s a second wireless router, also a Ubiquiti AirOS Rocket M2, is configured as DHCP, with an address of 192.168.77.1 (or gateway, not sure but anyway its working properly), connected to Port 1 of Mikrotik.

  3. In Port 3, I have a wired PC, address 192.168.77.197 (tried both static and DCHP and always get same address). This port, as are ports 2,4 and 5, has also Port 1 as its master.

  4. In Port 4, I have a wired Xerox printer, static IP adress: 192.168.77.100

What I see:

  1. All wired and wireless clientes have access to internet.
  2. All machines, wired and wireless can successfully print, i.e., ping and connect to 192.168.77.100.
  3. If I ping a wireless cliente from a wireless client, I get a positive response.
  4. If I ping a wired client (except for the printer) from a wireless client I get ZERO response.
  5. If I try to connect to my wireless AP, 192.168.10.2, from a wireless client, I can connect, no issues.
  6. If I try to connect to the same wireless AP from the wired PC, no response.
  7. I can connect to the Mikrotik from any wireless /wired client using MAC address (Winbox).

What I’d like to accomplish:

  1. All wired and wireless equipment to be able to “See” each other, share files, etc.
  2. I can connect to the wireless AP from any client, wireless and wired, but so far only wireless.

Any advice? The only configuration I cannot change is the one from the AP of my ISP (DHCP, 192.168.77.1/24), so if you have any suggestions, changes, please, let me know! The intial configuration was made possible by looking at some basic tutorials on Mikrotik configurations.

Most gratefully,

Ed.
