rb2011 unwanted bandwidth limit

Hi …
I have two internet on adsl and one RB2011-UIAS-RM
I configured router with two internet and mangle and … . after finishing some thing strange happened.one of internet can not go upper than 6 and one of them 14Mbps. After lots of wrestling with configuration, disabling all firewll had no result. finally reset o factory and everything was fine. Configuring firewall and again same problem showed up this time with second internet.
Reset factory and configure again and now both limit on 14Mbps.
Why this happened as i got FFTH and worry to happen it again.

We get 2 FTTH links and they are working fine now. I Think it was because of fast track which I didn’t activate after reset factory. Router is on the edge and cant be used for test.
I will try on another projects based on same scenario and will take export.
