RB2011iL/UiAS Weirdness Happening, Checking if anyone else has seen this

I recently got a small order for RB2011’s from Baltic Network, just four units, about a month ago roughly. So far three of the four that I have installed for my voice networks, (2 UiAS and 1 iL) have gone crazy. It appears to be only happening on ether’s 6-10 using the Atheros8227 switch chip. Doesn’t matter if I have the default bridge in use or I split the two chips between two bridges. Anything on that Atheros8227 chip ports have the same problem. Either they are not getting DHCP, don’t see the request or an offer. They get DHCP and can’t communicate/ping, etc. Ports that had devices connected to them and then removed continue to show link and traffic in the interface and physically on the router the port still flashes and shows links as if something is plugged into it.

The best one is that while these are either dumb FXS gateways or simple IP phones, the ports will show anywhere from 7 to 20Mbps being pushed over them consistently. As you can see with this screen shot.

Anyone seeing this?

Suggest posting a config from the working unit and one from the worst unit to compare…

/export hide-sensitive file=latestconfigs

The configuration between working and none working will not matter because it actually never gets to the point where I can do the configuration changes I need for the network because nothing works on those ports. Out of the box this issue is present. All changes I made on the non-working boxes (like splitting the ports into their own bridges for the chips) were attempts to correct the issue.

In fact I just took the 4th one from this batch that had the three bad ones, put it up and not a single issue since it was brought up. None of the issues are exhibited in this device. This is not a configuration issue.
