RB2011L PoE Ethernet Ports Not Link Up

First switch group (ether1-ether5) is unresponsive.
The PoE Ethernet ports will not link up when ethernet cable is attached.

Anybody can help us to solve this problem?

first of all, I don’t think you need an RMA. the link only works if you are a distributor, and purchased the device directly from mikrotik. you must contact support, to get that code.

second - only the first port is PoE, not all 1-5. did you turn on the device? do the other ports (6-10) work? if yes, connect to the device, and check the status of those interfaces. are they enabled?

You mean we turn ON the device using the power supply itself?
