RB2011L Ports losing link state

I have two RB2011L’s and each have the same problem. Randomly I will see some of the ports lose their link state. Ports 1 and 2 which are Gigabit will lose their link state and then other times port 5 will do the same. There is no loss of power, the cables are good and I have had not had these issues with the RB750’s and 751’s.

The first 2011L was installed in April and the 2nd one last month. They are both using 5.24

Replacing the 2011’s at each location with 750’s fixed the problem. Firmware upgrades didnt fix it.

Can I get my RB2011 RMA’ed from Mikrotik?

But did you upgrade to v6.4 and then the RouterBOOT bootloader also? (command “/system routerboard upgrade”)

RB2011L after upgrading to 6.4 and making a /system reset-configuration

If I plug to eth1, the LED nr. 6 goes on.
eth2-5: LED OK
eth 6-10: no link

There is no default IP (88.1) on any interface.

Winbox’s (…) button doesn’t work on any interface.

Someone, ideas?

EDIT:
After some further testing:
If I supply the router with external power supply, the eth1-led1 is OK.
If I supply the router with POE on eth1, the eth1-led6 problem exists.
