RB2011UAS-2HnD - ethernet ports 6 to 10 stopped working

Hi ,

Can somebody please help…Ive been having a few issues with my RB2011UAS-2HnD and all of a sudden ethernet ports 6 - 10 have stopped working…no link lights on any of those ports.

Can someone please advise /help ?

Power cycle… Try another power supply…
If that fails, you can make a backup and save it on a USB stick. Then reset the device and do a clean netinstall. If a clean install doesn’t work, then the switch chip has failed.
