well i know some people have kernel error on RB2011. And I am no exception, i have 3000VA ups for my setup, RB2011, SB6121 cable modem 30down/3up and FTP Server. After power failure all my equipment goes down after 40 min on battery and restart when power come back. But the router does not boot and displays the kernel error message.
i know what is the process for rescue the router. “NETINSTALL” i use it a lot on other routers.
I use that process like 3 times in 2 weeks on this equipment.
the last time i format the nand and use netinstall was the last 1/4/2013. I upload 5.22 and make firmware upgrade to 3.02
And today have a heavy wind problem and my electricity was gone and the router is off about 3 hrs. when power go up. the famous display come again…
i need a RMA ???
