Unfortunately you can’t use a serial cable to try and see what is going on. Can you RMA it?

Unfortunately, I bought it over the internet though a vender on amazon. I can’t seem to contact them.
I hate to ask. What would be my options?

Try other power adapter - 24V 1A would be enough for sure. Do not give up with trying to catch netinstall mode. If finally failed, serial link is the last option.

Hello,
I have run into a issue.
Details
When I plug in the router, the LED flashes, than gose black (No image saying booting the kernel or configuration).
Both lights next to the USB plug are light up.
my computer wont recognize the Ethernet. It dos a continual search for the connection.
When I plug in my computer, the router light will light up under the port light along with any other connection.
reset button dose not work.
PC OS is windows 7
