Hello dear mikrotik support team,
We bought your new model RouterBoard RB2011UAS-2Hnd-IN for our network services in our company. We settled a hot spot, run DHCP for domain switch 1, run DHCP for IP cam switch 2, etc…
After one week of running RouterBoard blocked and run in “loading karnel mode”. Now I can’t on any way to access routerboard and I had a seriously problem with my network services in technical deptment.
I use serial cable RS232, Ethernet connection , winbox, putty, ssh, telnet, serial connecton but unfortunately I didn’t get any signal from routerboard.
