RB2011UAS-2HnD review

Our current office has an RB/800 board mounted to a board in the server room. We are able to push ~510Mbps so our http speedtest in the server room, from computers in the office linked up at GB.

Replaced the Rb/800 with this new RB2011-2HnD, because I like the looks of an enclosed router, and also it has built-in WiFi.

My first concern was that it had only 600mhz CPU.

Speedtests after the change went DOWN to only 220Mb. Not happy! Switching back to the RB/800!

RB800 is almost twice as fast (routing performance). You can see it also in performance test results on routerboard.com

Do you guys plan on making a “beefier” version of the RB2011? I was excited about that..

yeah, 2011 on 1074kf counterpart[multi-core]could be nice.
but at times take to re-design it[not sure its fully pinout-compatible], Atheros/MT may already adopt Pro-Aptiv cores.

also could be nice to see “cheap CCR” to fill this gap.
