I have a HP3400cl switch with SFP 1310nm SM connected to the RB2011UAS-IN (v6.6) with a genuine mikrotik SFP installed and i can’t get auto negotiation to work.
When i force it to 1000 mbit full duplex it links up, but with incredibly unstable data. (lots of packet loss)
Currently I have this problem at 2 locations and have now recreated it here in my lab setup. on matching equipment.

when I disable auto negotiation and use fuld duplex 1000mbit. The HP switch continually logs the following:
FFI: port 21-Excessive CRC/alignment errors.
You’re using the S-31DLC20D in the MikroTik unit, correct?
Gig-e by nature is auto-negotiation, you cannot force it’s mode, doing so will cause the link to not be stable/fail.
Clean your optics with alcohol swap, check fiber optics, and replace sfp if need be.
