RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN router doesn't boot

I tried to: start mikrotik RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN and the router doesn’t boot. The LCD
remain grey and the USB led remain blue. No beep sound at all.

The router doesn’t reset

I follow all the procedure for over voltage checking and Schottky D2,D6,D4 is
found ok . Voltage drop between Ethernet transformers TR102 is 0,32V,TR100 is
0,32V, TR101 is 0,42V and Termination resistors resistance RJ-45 is 75,1Ohm.

I tried the netinstall procedure without success. No router found. All firewalls
at the host computer were off.

I tried to send the .fwf file via serial and xmodem procedure as it described at
https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:RouterBOOT without success

Does anyone know a workoaround for this issue.

What do you see on the serial port when it starts?

NOTHING
The serial port LOOKS dead

Apparently the router is dead. You first need to fix the hardware before it is useful to try to reload software.
