I just bought a RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN from amazon, the device was working at the beginning, I was starting to read the manual and watch youtube videos since I was a bit overwhelmed with the configuration of the device. I remember clicking on a button that said update software which I clicked on, then I remember a message saying, your system will need credentials or login for new software something like that, it said something about only having 9 hours before login in and then I went to bed cause I felt like the router was more than I could handle and it was late.
Now that I am trying again to configure it where I needed it everytime I turn it on and it goes automatically to a screen where it says ¨it is safe to power off¨
I have tried reseting it but I pressed the button for 5 seconds 10 seconds 60 seconds and nothing happens, I have tried pressing the button before connecting power and pressed for long or short with no success.
Did I just loose my money with this guy?
