RB2011UiAS-RM PoE out Port 10

Hi all
I’ve the mikrotik product RB2011UiAS-RM and would like to use Port 10 PoE output for an Access Point. I already have a Netgear WAC505 (https://www.netgear.com/business/products/wireless/insight-managed-wireless/WAC505.aspx) but it doesn’t power on if connected to port 10. It works with a standard switch 8 port with 4 PoE.

Is this Netgear WAC505 incompatible with PoE output? What have I to check if I would like to have an access point compatible with this Mikrotik PoE output?

The netgear is using 802.3af Power over Ethernet, you cannot provide that from a RB2011UiAS-RM, it can only provide passive PoE.
On newer models MikroTik is moving towards 802.3af/at as well, bit the RB2011 is quite an old model.
