I seeking some help in regards to my recent purchase of a RB2011UiAS-RM.
I notice there is a POE port (ETH10) - does that mean I can power another device via this? How much power will this output and is it 802.3af compatible?
The other querry I have is, am I able to power this RB with a POE switch which has the below specifications?
PoE Out Voltage Range - 22-24VDC
PoE Max Wattage Per Port - 11.5W
PoE Method - Passive
Power output 500mA on Port 10, and you will get the same voltage as on input. This is passive PoE, not true 802.3af compliant.

That’s great! Thank you.
I’ve confirmed that my AP (Ubiquiti UAP) can be powered by that port - http://www.ubnt.com/unifi/unifi-ap/
Now just need to research how to set up the switch configuration and bridge it to ETH1.
