Hi, I’m using a rb230 and I’d like to know if it’s possible to read input voltage (I know it’s possible with rb333) and the ros commands to do it.
Thanks.
not all routerboards support this
And how do I know if a certain model supports that?
only RB230, 333 and 433AH support this. It’s in their users manuals.
you have to go to “/system health” to see voltage.
Thanks
Normis joking , RB230 don’t have voltage sensor. Only temperature sensor.
depends on what voltages you want to look at. yes, only RB333/433 shows actual input voltage. this is from RB230:
/system health> print
core: 2.053
3.3v: 3.266
5v: 4.948
lm87-temp: 35.7
cpu-temp: 36.8
board-temp: 30.2
state: enabled
state-after-reboot: enabled
I think all customers interest RB input voltage. That voltage is constant and insignificant for moust of customers.
