I am finding that the Realtime clock on the RB230 keeps REALLY bad time - like it forgets what day it is everytime the power is switched off. I have noticed this on several boards and all have a battery fitted. Is this normal or is something maybe wrong somewhere? When they are running they are syncing to an NTP Server, but it is really annoying that the log shows them booting up with the wrong time.
Thanks if anyone can throw any light on this.
Peter.
What BIOS versions do you have on those?
I think v1.3.1 solves the RTC problem.
Hi,
Bios is 1.3.0 - is it for sure that 1.3.1 fixes the problem? Do you know if I can find a bug fix list for this on the routerboard web site?
Thanks,
Peter.
