i have 1 Rb260gs and three Cisco’s switch connected through sfp how to configure my rb260gs vlan and how to setup the switch’s Ip

Please give us more detail on what you are trying to accomplish. A network drawing would likely be useful. You mention VLANs but nothing about what you need to do.
Obviously the 260 only has one SFP port, so any of the other switches that connect to the 260 have to be 10, 100, or 1000 base-T.
