I have recently received a shiny new RB260GS which is being powered over PoE. However I am only able to get, at best, 83Mbps through it. I have three vlans setup on it. Does anyone know why I would bet getting such low speeds from a GBe switch and what I could change?

Exelant spotting. It was late and I was stupid. I was using a 100m .3af to passive PoE converter. Doh!! Replaced with wall power and removed the converter and shebang all is working now. Thanks for the pointer to the solution.
