RB260GS - problem with SFP connection

Situation:
RB260GS with fw 1.9 is connected to Cisco C3508 L2 switch via the metallic GB line. Attempt to replace line with SFP S-85DLC05D - to - Cisco GBIC WS-G5484 connection was unsuccessfull. Line was seen as active from RB point of view (green SFP indicator lit) but no data went through the line.
Similar situation is with S-85DLC05D connection to TP-Link MC200CM media converter. Both devices indicates that line is ok/up, but no data goes through.

Screenshot from SFP tab is attached and output from Cisco CLI contains row “Auto-duplex (Full), 1000Mb/s, media type is SX” in description of particular interface.

RB260GS configuration is factory default except the SNMP.

It seems line on physical layer is active but data for some reason can’t flow. I suppose problem is on RB260GS behalf. MC200CM directly against WS-G5484 GBIC worked well for years ended in RB250.

Any idea why?

Can you post the Cisco interface configuration?

Can you also post the configuration? These are the interface statistics.

So, nothing special … as I wrote before.

Solved: problem was related to defective SFP module. Confirmed by the service personal of dealer company.

Hi I have exactly the same problem with S-85DLC05D and TP-Link MC200CM, was this also problem with S-85DLC05D SFP module?

It was SFP..
