I have a number of new RB260GSP. I cannot view the login screen. I have set my computer IP appropriately (192.168.88.2) and can ping the switch at 192.168.88.1. HOWEVER, when I attempt to open the web UI, it only says “Loading” and will go no further. This is with switches right out of the box, as well as some others which have been reset using the reset button. I have tried Chrome as well as Firefox in both incognito and standard modes. I need ideas…
This issue seems to be pretty common. For me, the fix was upgrading (I had to use tftp upgrade) to 1.17. I WAS running 1.16 on all these switches. Seems like a pretty big bug to allow out in the wild…but maybe it was a known issue. SHRUG
