RB260GSP + xClaim POE problem

Hi guys, i try to connect xclaim AP Xi-1 over POE from 260GSP, but unfortunately i can’t do it.
I tried many differrent adaptors, but the status page looks like this:

Same problem i have with connecting Cisco Meraki.
POE only works if i connect another Mikrotik with POE in.

Any suggests?

RB260GSP and most other Mikrotik devices does only support “Passive POE” (usually 12-30V), not 802.11af/at which is 48v.

xclaim has 12V 1.0A.
In the official brochure i see “Ports 2-5 can power other PoE capable devices with the same voltage as applied to the unit.”

So if i use the adaptor with 12V 1A, will it work?

No - the unit you try to power most likely wants “real” POE (802.11af/ad), not “passive POE”.
Mikrotik can only POE power units that can be powered by “passive POE”.

You will need to use the POE adapter or a normal POE switch that supports 802.11af/ad.
