RB3011 7.1 and ZeroTier No discovery

Here is an odd one I am chasing after.

My test router at the shop has Zerotier 1.6.5 on it as the RB3011 is running 7.1rc4
The router we put at a the bosses brother’s has Zerotier 1.6.6 on it, as the RRB3011 is running 7.1

Both have Zerotier bridged to the bridge

The RB3011 with 7.1rc4 on it… I can discover things via ARP.
The RB3011 with 7.1 on it… I can’t. But I can connect to devices if I manually enter the MAC address.

I have several hAP AC2s Running 7.1 and they work normally. Open winbox and they pop up in discovery. Devices on their LANs are discoverable too.

I think this might be specific to the RB3011 with 7.1 RELEASE

I think a packet capture and config would help.

This is a fun one… I CAN CONNECT TO DEVCIES VIA MAC. Just no discovery.

Comparing to a 7.1RC4.

Put Zerotier on a rb3011 running only as a switch.

Discovery worked…

Guess I have to dig through my config line by line looking for something on the bridge or maybe firewall.

Make sure you don’t have arp=reply-only on any VLAN interfaces - whenever I set that weird things like that start to happen.

Definitely don’t have that.

Same base template applied to a hAP AC2 doesn’t have this problem. So it’s annoying me.
