RB3011 reset button

Hi support,
why it’s so strange on these machines?
Procedure printed on manual for a “simple reset” http://i.mt.lv/routerboard/files/rb3011U-qg.pdf have no effect.
Tested in all ways, but nothing. RB result is or blocked or starting normally (or, if more seconds, in ether boot, etc).

Why don’t have a normal reset button as every network hardware?
Or maybe I am in error, and where? No answer here for example http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/reset-rb3011-button-no-work/97663/1

We are sorry for any inconvenience. This problem will be fixed starting from RouterOS 6.36rc21.

If i understand right, it’s only way to reset device from netinstall via console?

I think that after last OS release it is fixed, but I didn’t need to test
