As you see the router can you connect using MAC address instead?

What’s a “proper shutdown” for a Mikrotik router? Most network equipment is OK to just switch off, do Mikrotik need a soft shutdown first?

No sir, even MAC it wont me Login

In that case, it sounds like a hacked router, corrupt password storage, or corrupt configuration - since you can see the machine in the Winbox list of neighbors but cannot log in, either the password must have changed one way or the other, or the management services must have been disabled (even mac-winbox and mac-telnet access can be disabled in configuration).

Shutdown is normally not necessary before disconnecting power if you don’t mind some log files on the flash won’t contain the last lines, and your command line history since previous reboot to be gone.

I’m curious where you’ve seen the message about the shutdown as you cannot log in - do you have a syslog server? If so, has it logged anything interesting before that message?

Have you tried telnet/ssh/web as well?
