RB3011UiAS-RM and Hard Disk usb 3.0 problem: is not recognized.

Hello and thank you for accepting me on your forum.

I recently bought a router MikroTik RB3011UiAS-RM and I am trying to connect it to my hard drive 1TB USB 3.0. Well, this is not recognized by my router, and RouterOS / System / Disk does not show any description of the HD connected. however with my old HD 1TB USB 2.0 everything works perfectly. I would ask you kindly help me in some way to make it work properly. Firmware RouterOS v6.35.1 current.

At least you should know whether the disk started to turn. Maybe the power from router is not sufficient…

Tnx for reply. No, my power supply is a 1A nominal. And I tryed with a powered hub too…
