RB333 and pcrouter with ROS v 4

Hi

I am planing to setup up a 802 11 n links and need some advice. Does the beta ROS 4 work on a RB333 and pc router? Also can the r52n AP side handle more than one 802 11n client and what will the speeds be like. I am thinking of linking two RB333 to one pc router.

only limiting factor is - does your license allows to use 4.0beta?

it supports multiple clients.

How do i check if the license support it and if not do i buy a new license?

Pc router is upgradeable but not 333. I take it i need a new license?

yes, you need a new license to upgrade to 4.x

hi everyone, well i had a problem with my signal strength, it was excellent say from 100meters away from the antenna, but it suddenly dropped, even if i stay very close to the antenna it still was giving low signal strength. so i thought it was the wireless card that may have gone bad so i changed it with a new one, but after changing it with a new one it still is giving me very low signal strength.

Please the gurus help me out. could it be some configuration problem or what?

Hmm I might get in trouble for answering you but i can understand frustration.

Check you cable or antennae. More than likely your cable got water in it, just after this weekend i found one of my lmr 400 cable got water even though i sealed the ntype connector.Gave the same problem you describing.
