Hi,
My RB333 is behaving strangely;
If I power up normally, it don’t turn off(LEDs light up but not boot).
If i power up with the reset button(or with jumper on board), it turn on!!! 
Why this???!! 
I was able to re-install the RouterOS, without positive results.
Pls help me!!

Use a null modem-cable to monitor the console during boot, then you will see what is wrong.

Nothing strange.
All works perfectly, but after a while crashes!!
Or if you release the reset button!!
Any ideas or should I throw it in the trash? 
can you show us the output when console cable was connected and it crashed?
