I have an RB4011 that turns on but the LED bulb always stays blue, it doesn’t read any EHT or fiber port either. It is like this from the factory and cannot be returned… Do you have any solution?
On the back there is the console port. Connect with a serial rj45 cable and see what happens
You could try a different power supply, it is a common failure mode for (switching) power supplies to still be able to provide some Volts but not enough Amperes, so that some basic things works (like led lights) but the device doesn’t actually boot or doesn’t boot completely.
