RB4011 ether random disconnect

I have RB4011iGS+5HacQ2HnD-IN with ROS 6.46.4 with winbox 64bit 3.20.
After the last ROS upd I noticed random disconnections on ether 6 & 7.
These ether are in the second realtec gigabit switch of 4011.
I have no other ether connected to the second realtec gigabit switch (ether 8-10 are empty).
I have checked the utp cables and there is no problem.
Also … the disconnections are made on both ether at the same time.
So I don’t think it’s a coincidence or something is wrong with the wiring.

In winbox I noticed that in interfaces> interface> etherX the reset counters option does not work.

Please correct the problem by entering the date incorrectly in the ether of the interfaces.
It’s 23 days back and the time is -2 hours.

I have open a support ticket SUP-12883 at 05/04/20
but until now i have not any answer.
Status is “Waiting for support” all this days.
