RB4011 Reboots when try to check for updates

Please Help me, with these issue.

  • Reboots when I open Check for Update Window


  • Reboots when I change update channel from Long Term to Other


  • Reboots while it checks for update

Its a brand new RB4011 Revision :r2,
Started happening after updating to 6.47.1 ROS and Firmware.
I used Winbox 3.22 -64 bit & 3.24 - 64Bit.
Same issue was faced

it seems the issue is with 5Ghz Wifi channel. i have manually set to 5180. now there is no issue.
my RB4011 is US version.

Can it be the Issue ??

the issue has come back.
Change of Channel is not working,
Mikrotik support not working

Give them a few business days to respond. Update manually if you need to switch between branches.

No news of support, there service desk page also not working for me.

Really upset. cannot use 5Ghz or Check for update.
If anyone has a idea, pls Help

Can you please share your config?
/export hide-sensitive file=whateveryoulike

Have you already reset the device and reconfigured it?
(By importing the export you can return to the current configuration any time)
