Rb411, DCD or DTR enabled ?

Hi.
I’m new with Mikrotik Routerboard.
I Have recently buy a Rb411.

I got just a question about the serial port.
How enabled DTR or DCD pin ?

I got no voltage on these pins.
I search to use one of these pins for auto-reset an arduino board.

So it’s possible ? It’s no wiring to serial port ? It’s just configuration ?

Most RB use only RX , TX and GND. Full RS232 signaling available only on RB200

RTS and DTR signals are not connected. Note that the device does not fully implement the hardware
(RTS/CTS) flow control,
