RB411 Ethernet does not work too often!

Hi,
I have encountered this problem five times already with RB411.

I use the RB411 powered electrically via POE, and it has protected with UPS electric protection.
After some months of work, I see that there is no more connection to RB411 ether1.

I try to connect the PC directly with it, not including the switch, but the RB411 led indicating the activity of ether1 are off.

So I try to connect to RB with a serial cable with hyper terminal and it seems everything is ok, but I can not use the RB because the ether1 don’t work, can I repair it?

Can you help me to understand what may has happened?

First I thought of the defective cards, but after 5 cards I think that the problem can be caused from the power via POE, I have also tried with different types of POE but with the same result.

Can I buy some filter to limit this problem?

What voltage are you running on your POE? How long is the ethernet cable?

What radio card?

Hi Tom,
I use switching power supplies 12V/1A, with 10/15 mt. maximum long cables and standard miniPCI radio such as CM9 or TP-LINK with 5.4/5.7 Ghz frequency.
